The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to lead and support our growing team of specialist nurses, delivering services across both primary and secondary care. The role involves managing a team of 10-12 nurse advisors who are responsible for delivering clinical services such as asthma, COPD, spirometry, and diabetes clinics.

As a Nurse Manager, you will ensure that operational guidelines, performance management, and best practices are adhered to across all services. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement and support the professional development of our nursing teams. The position requires travel for face-to-face visits with nurses and, on occasion, overnight stays.

  • Monitor and evaluate team performance to drive continuous improvement.
