Clinical Leadership Role in Mental Health Recovery

Search is seeking a registered nurse to provide clinical leadership in a supported accommodation service for individuals on a mental health recovery pathway in South Manchester.

This is a varied role with the ability to support colleagues with training and mentoring, as well as providing hands-on care, as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide clinical leadership and ensure high standards of care.
  2. Support tenants with personal goals and daily living skills.
  3. Develop person-centred care plans and risk assessments.
  4. Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development.
  5. Maintain effective communication with external agencies, tenants, and their support network.
  6. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding procedures.
  7. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Adult Social Care and Health, CCGs, etc.

This role is paying £38k per annum, and will be Monday-Friday with some on-call duties.

As a registered nurse with some clinical supervisory experience, you will be able to make a positive impact on the lives of our tenants and contribute to the success of our team.
