Medical Leadership Fellowship Program

We are seeking ambitious doctors who are passionate about medical leadership and innovation to join our Medical Leadership Fellowship Program. This program is designed to develop doctors into medical leaders who can transform healthcare systems and improve patient outcomes.

Program Overview

The Medical Leadership Fellowship Program is a two-year program that combines clinical work with advanced leadership training. Fellows will work as Resident Doctors on the Oncology Wards and Clinics at HCA Healthcare UK, The Christie Hospital in Manchester, and attend Bayes Business School Seminars twice a month in London.

Requirements
  • GMC and license to practice, fully registered with the GMC for a minimum of 3 years
  • NHS Trained 3 years+, IMT or CMT, with significant experience in Oncology
  • Able to work a medical rota, 3x12 shifts a week, including a range of days, nights, and weekends
  • Able to demonstrate a long-term appetite for management leadership and commitment to see out the fellowship program
  • Will need to meet the conditions of the apprenticeship levy fund criteria
