Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence in the North East. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our project pipeline.
This role requires a skilled professional with a deep understanding of the construction industry and an extensive network within the region. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, utilizing your industry insights and CRM expertise to shape our strategic direction.
Responsibilities- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and research.
- Buid and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective growth strategies to increase revenue.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and customer interactions.
Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
