Hartford Care Ltd is seeking an Activity and Wellbeing Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents by planning and delivering activities that promote their well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement activity plans that cater to individual needs and preferences.
  • Lead group activities, such as exercise classes and arts and crafts sessions.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, understanding their needs and preferences.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.

Salary Range: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
