About the Job:

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering activities that promote physical, cognitive, and social well-being among residents. You will work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure that all activities are safe, engaging, and tailored to the needs of each individual.

Key Accountabilities:

  • To maintain accurate records of resident participation and feedback.
  • To report any concerns or issues related to resident well-being to the relevant staff members.
  • To assist with the development and implementation of new activities and programs.
  • To establish and maintain relationships with local community groups and organizations.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with older people in a care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
