Physical Activity Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Physical Activity Specialist to join our team at The Little Gym. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for teaching engaging fitness classes and leading birthday parties for children.
The ideal candidate will have a background in gymnastics, dance, or education, and be able to provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. You will also lead a team of instructors on weekends and coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families.

The Little Gym is a world-leading enrichment and physical development center with 450+ locations. Our mission is to help children develop new skills, find confidence, and achieve their goals in a fun and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Teach fitness classes and lead birthday parties using our proven curriculum and teaching method.
- Lead a team of instructors on weekends and coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families.
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family.
- Be a positive leader, making a difference in the growth and development of children and families.
Requirements:
