Sales Analyst Professional

PORTA is a dynamic and innovative company seeking an exceptional Sales Analyst to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum.
Job Description:The successful candidate will support both Sales & Marketing teams, fostering partnerships with Retail Customers, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage revenue reporting and identify weekly actionable insights
- Evaluate weekly & monthly customer POS data, summarizing trends and business opportunities
- Own sales forecast and liaise with operations/demand planning to ensure accurate and steady supply, including for new customer launches
Additional responsibilities include:
- Execute the entire commercialization process with customers & distributors, from customer onboarding, GS1 setup, new item set-up, etc., within established deadlines
- Lead post-launch summaries and analysis to share with the broader team
- Own relationships with select key accounts, managing new item sell-in, ongoing execution, monitoring performance, and creating profitable growth for both PORTA and these customers
- Support senior sales team in day-to-day operational account management, trade and promotional planning and execution, forecasting, annual business reviews, etc.
- Ad-hoc projects as required
In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint), and possess excellent communication and time management skills.
