Our Customer Support Coordinators deal with all internal and external customer enquiries regarding parts and components for installing and repairing our systems. This involves taking orders via email or phone, dealing with customer credit enquiries, stock queries, and other elements related to our products.

An Experience that Matters: Your Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar customer service environment (sales support, sales administration, etc.)
  • Previous experience with a CRM system, knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • A desire to learn about our product range to offer best-in-class support to our customers
