About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team at dormakaba. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Stay up-to-date with dormakaba's latest products and services to provide accurate and informed support to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or customer support environment.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and experience with sales administration is a plus.
