As a Customer Support Coordinator at dormakaba, you will be responsible for handling internal and external customer inquiries related to parts and components required for installing and repairing our systems. This will involve taking orders via email or phone, dealing with customer credit enquiries, stock queries, and other elements related to our products.
An Experience that Matters: Your Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a similar customer service environment, such as sales support or sales administration
- Previous experience with a CRM system, with knowledge of SAP being a plus
- Strong communication and organization skills
- A desire to learn about our product range to offer best-in-class support to our customers
