About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team at dormakaba. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and informed support.
  • Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior support staff or management as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or support environment.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and experience with data entry and management.
