Campaign Effectiveness Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Effectiveness Manager to join our team at LEWIS Communications GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving the success of their campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to identify media opportunities and develop effective media relations strategies.
- Media Relations: Oversee all media relations activity on behalf of the client, maintaining relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and analysts across various media channels.
- Content Creation: Provide high-quality content for campaigns and projects, including press releases, articles, blog entries, social posts, and other written materials.
- Content Review: Proof-read all written materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Client Advisory: Advise clients on the types of content that will best achieve their goals, providing expert guidance on content strategy.
- Team Leadership: Work closely with line reports to set objectives, support strengths and weaknesses, and drive career development.
- Account Management: Maintain a consultative relationship with clients, acting as the key contact for all marketing services, defining deadlines, and ensuring service agreements are met consistently.
- Performance Review: Regularly review account performance with clients, identifying opportunities for additional services and projects.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the Campaign Director to drive the team to develop compelling and impactful content and campaigns for clients.
- Budget Management: Collaborate with clients and the wider LEWIS team to ensure effective budget management.
- New Business Development: Add value to new business pitches by providing support with coordination, content generation, and presentation preparation.
- Reporting and Analysis: Ensure all client activity meets KPIs and report back to clients, providing insight and analysis.
- Campaign Analysis: Analyze the success of campaigns and identify key learnings and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Team Development: Work with the Talent team to recruit high-caliber junior-level candidates into the team.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience working within a PR or Integrated Communications agency.
- A strong portfolio of consumer clients in B2C Communications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
