About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Effectiveness Manager to join our team at So Energy. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for building and managing campaign budgets, allocating resources to content, promotion, and media, and creating clear media strategies to support each campaign.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute campaign plans that deliver against business objectives, working closely with the leadership team and external agencies.
- Build and manage campaign budgets, allocating resources to content, promotion, and media, and ensuring timely delivery of assets.
- Collaborate with the creative, digital, operations, and sales teams to ensure consistent execution of strategies and achievement of goals.
- Monitor campaign performance through key metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize the strategy for better outcomes.
- Work with external agencies to ensure they meet requirements, timelines, and budget constraints while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate performance against objectives, gather insights for improvement, and report results to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience of increasing brand awareness over a sustained period, using data and insight to demonstrate campaign impact.
- Experience of driving commercial results, including sales and revenue growth attributable to campaign activity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
