Administrative Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in an administration role at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to aid the efficient running of the Alcohol Liaison teams, ensuring seamless communication and effective service delivery.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist.
As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, including reception duties, filing, and conveying messages to patients and staff.
You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with external organizations, such as General Practitioners and other Hospital organizations, to resolve patient queries and deal with appointment enquiries.
We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including a pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
