Pregnancy Support Specialist - An Opportunity to Make a Difference

Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board invites applications from experienced Pregnancy Support Specialists to join our dynamic team. As a Pregnancy Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional care to women across our maternity services, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care.

Our maternity services span 3 sites, each offering a unique birthing environment to meet the diverse needs of our patients. The Prince Charles Site has undergone significant refurbishment, while the Royal Glamorgan Hospital features a freestanding midwifery led unit. Princess of Wales Hospital boasts a Level 2 Maternity Unit with an alongside midwifery led room.

Your key responsibilities will include assessment, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of programmes of care for clients in our Maternity service. You will contribute to a culture of excellence, reflecting our Trust mission and quality standards.

Join us in making a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families. This role offers a salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic team environment.
