Personal Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Personal Support Specialist to join our team at Care Managers Ltd. This role involves providing personal care, emotional support, and practical assistance to residents in our registered care homes. The estimated salary for this position is £12,500 - £16,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance daily living skills, promote independence, and facilitate community engagement for our residents. You will also be required to maintain a safe and respectful environment, adhering to regulatory compliance standards. Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a commitment to delivering quality care, and a passion for working with individuals who require support.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to residents with various care needs
- Enhance daily living skills through activities and support
- Promote independence and self-reliance among residents
- Facilitate community engagement and participation in activities

Requirements:
- QCF Level 2 in Care or a similar qualification recognised by Social Care Wales (or willingness to obtain this within your first year of employment)
- Experience working in a social care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
