Youth Support Specialist

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Youth Support Specialist to join our 16+ Team. The successful candidate will have experience working with young people aged 16+, a sound understanding of the Social Services and Wellbeing Act, and excellent communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess the needs of young people and develop personalized support plans
- Work closely with the 16+ Team to deliver services that meet the diverse needs of service users
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals
**Requirements:**
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
- Experience working with young people aged 16+, preferably in a social care setting
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
**Salary:** £30,000 - £38,000 per annum
