About the Role:

This Court and Administrative Officer position presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at BROOK STREET (UK) LTD. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Public Sector client's courtroom, ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Your duties will include managing court documents, scheduling hearings, and assisting judges and attorneys. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of court documents.
  • Schedule hearings and coordinate logistics to meet deadlines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to court users, responding to queries and concerns promptly.
  • Prepare court/hearing rooms and support judiciary during proceedings.
Requirements:
  • You must have prior experience working in a similar role, demonstrating your ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 2016 is necessary for this position.
