Job Description

As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional administrative support to ensure that service standards and customer requirements are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality business support duties, adhering to established service standards and customer expectations.
  2. Develop and maintain efficient systems and processes to optimize business operations, ensuring seamless communication among teams.
  3. Comply with relevant sections of the policy statement on Health, Safety, and Welfare at Work, upholding our commitment to a safe working environment.
  4. Adhere to the principles of the Corporate Equality Policy, promoting anti-discriminatory practices within our organization.
  5. Raise orders and process invoices on our e-purchasing system, streamlining financial transactions and ensuring accuracy.
  6. Collate staff timesheets for submission to payroll, maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
  7. Update and develop website content, managing social media interactions, and creating online forms to enhance user experience.
  8. Administer card payments over the telephone for external customers, providing excellent customer service and handling sensitive information.
  9. Provide data analysis and insights to support decision-making, using spreadsheets and databases effectively.
  10. Collate staffing hours and produce payroll requests, ensuring timely payment and compliance with regulations.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the Data Protection Act at all times, safeguarding sensitive information.
About the Role

This is a Full-Time position offering a competitive salary of £27,600£28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
