Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Court and Administrative Officer. As part of our team at BROOK STREET (UK) LTD, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our Public Sector client's courtroom.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing documents, scheduling hearings, and assisting judges and attorneys with various tasks. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to work well under pressure will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage court documents and ensure their accurate filing and storage.
  • Schedule hearings and maintain a high level of organization to meet deadlines.
  • Act as a first point of contact for all court users involved in hearings, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Prepare court/hearing rooms and assist judiciary in court proceedings.
Requirements:
  • You must have experience working in a busy office environment, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 2016 is essential.
