Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Promote products and services to clients through tailored presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful projects and services.
  • Analyze client satisfaction and account performance data to inform strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
  • A self-motivated individual with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position based in Rotherham, United Kingdom. The salary range for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a pension scheme and health benefits.
