About the Position

We are seeking a Business Development Professional to join our team at beBee Professionals in Rotherham. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to meet client needs, driving long-term business growth, and identifying new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term business growth.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Account Manager or in a sales role, with strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management. You will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
