We're seeking a skilled Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team at Abound. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and resolving customer complaints in accordance with FCA guidelines and FOS requirements
  • Providing clear and empathetic communication to customers throughout the complaint process
  • Conducting detailed investigations into complaints to identify trends and root causes
  • Preparing regular reports on complaint trends and resolution times for senior management

As a Complaints Resolution Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work with our rapidly expanding team in Milton Keynes, with a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office and flexibility on the other 2. You'll also have the chance to attend our central London office once a month.
