Therapeutic Home Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and driven Childrens Home Registered Manager to lead the setup and management of a brand new therapeutic home for children and young people with EBD.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a highly experienced and passionate management team to open a home from scratch. With the view to open a further 2-3 homes in the next 3 years, this role will offer you the progression into an operations role and will allow you to be involved from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering the highest levels of care and support to the young people aged between 7 and 18 through the provision of leadership, direction, and management of the residential children's service.
  • Having the children and quality at the heart of your values, and the vision to inspire and support the young people to lead happy and successful lives.

Requirements

  • NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services or equivalent
  • Experience working within a Deputy or Childrens Home Registered Manager's position
  • Experience in a residential children's home environment
  • Full UK driving licence
