Are you a passionate and driven leader looking for a new opportunity to set up and manage a therapeutic home for children and young people with EBD? Or are you an ambitious deputy manager looking to step into your first Registered Manager role within a stunning residential home in Enfield?

We are seeking a strong leader with experience in residential care to deliver the highest levels of care and support to young people aged between 7 and 18. As a Registered Manager, you will have the children and quality at the heart of your values, and the vision to inspire and support the young people to lead happy and successful lives.

In return, we offer autonomy to run the home as you see fit, and a genuine understanding of the importance of work-life balance, flexibility, and the general well-being of all employees.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and managerial skills and experience leading within a residential home for children & young people with learning disabilities and or challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to young people aged between 7 and 18
  • Lead a team of staff to provide a safe and nurturing environment
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of each young person
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, including budgets and resources
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies

Requirements:

  • NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services or equivalent
  • Experience working within a Deputy or Childrens Home Registered Manager's position
  • Experience in a residential children's home environment
  • Full UK driving licence
