Lead a BRAND NEW therapeutic home for children and young people with EBD

This is a RARE and EXCITING opportunity to join a highly experienced and passionate management team to open a home from scratch. With the view to open a further 2-3 homes in the next 3 years, this role will offer you the progression into an operations role and will allow you to be involved from day one.

Delivering the highest levels of care and support to the young people aged between 7 and 18

You will have the children and quality at the heart of your values, and the vision to inspire and support the young people to lead happy and successful lives. In return, the organisation offers you autonomy to run the home as you see fit, and most importantly a genuine understanding of the importance of work-life balance, flexibility and the general well-being of all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and direction of the residential children's service
  • Delivering the highest levels of care and support to the young people
  • Autonomy to run the home as you see fit

Requirements:

  • NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services or equivalent
  • Experience working within a Deputy or Childrens Home Registered Manager's position
  • Experience in a residential children's home environment
