We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead on new business for our client's suite of award-winning marketing and event sponsorship solutions in London. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting high-value clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, consultative relationships with senior stakeholders.
About the Salary:
The salary for this role is £45-55k + uncapped commission.
Benefits include 25 days' holiday (increasing with service), enhanced pension, health plan, life assurance, income protection, and a flexible benefits package.
