About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Talent for Care team as a Care Facilitator - Project Management Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating work experience and work placements across the trust, as well as assisting with the organisation of outreach events.


Main Duties



  • Collaborate with the Talent for Care Leads to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
  • Provide a professional and proactive service to managers and staff
  • Act as an ambassador for the department and for the Trust
  • Work with the Innovation and wider Education teams to embed the Talent for Care agenda

Person Specification



  • GCSE grade 5/C or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent experience
  • Experience of working within Training/ Education environment
  • Experience of working in an acute hospital sector
  • Experience of working with regional NHS Trusts
