Randstad Education is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team in West Sussex and Surrey. As a key member of our school team, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students.
About the Role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners. You will work closely with our teachers to plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons, and provide support to students who require additional help.
Responsibilities
- To assist teachers with the planning, preparation and delivery of lessons.
- To work with small groups or one-to-one with students who require additional support.
- To contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant qualification in education or childcare (or equivalent).
- Experience of working with children in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
