Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Pacifica, providing world-class customer support related to repairs of White Goods, TV and Tech Products.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service on all aspects of the call.
- Handling inbound calls and web chat enquiries from customers.
- Providing training and development as required.
- Assisting in carrying out training needs with other colleagues.
- Resolving escalations from customers and maintaining internal relationships with Engineers and teams.
- Ensuring compliance with Data Protection Act rules and maintaining accurate complaints logs.
- Performing administrative duties and ensuring client portals are actioned.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A flexible working approach and drive to self-motivate.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of client requirements.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
