About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Worker/AMHP to join our Community Mental Health Team in Warwickshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work interventions to individuals with severe and enduring mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hold a caseload of service users with longer-term social recovery needs
  • Conduct Community Care Act assessments and provide social work interventions
  • Contribute to the duty rota and undertake assessments of new service users
  • Champion the social model within secondary mental health
  • Participate in safeguarding activities to protect vulnerable service users

Requirements

We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic, and dynamic individual who is person-centered in their approach and passionate about working in mental health. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as a team player and on their own initiative.
