The Role:

This is a full-time opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Chester. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our business by identifying new clients and generating business opportunities through effective networking and market research. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, business development, or a related field, and be able to generate leads and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and partners
  • Generate leads and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and candidates

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of reaching sales targets and exceeding expectations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The Package:

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Basic starting salary of £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
  • Excellent commission structure (uncapped)
  • Company car allowance
  • 25 days holiday
