Business Growth Specialist

The Sales Executive position at Aimee Willow Connex is a key role within our Direct Sales team, responsible for driving new business growth and maximizing in-house cross-selling opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating opportunities through new and existing data, progressing all inbound enquiries to the end sales stage, and exhausting all in-house sales opportunities both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation and Conversion: Convert sales opportunities provided through the lead generation team and marketing platforms into tangible results.
- Sales Opportunity Generation: Utilize CRM data to generate new sales opportunities and develop business relationships with potential clients.
- Customer Service and Relationship Building: Offer superior customer service to develop new business relationships and expand existing ones.
- Productivity and KPIs: Achieve productivity and company budget KPIs set out by the company.
- Customer Understanding and Focus: Develop an understanding of customer requirements to offer a client-focused service.
- Compliance and Administration: Adhere to FCA Conduct rules and Core Responsibilities relating to the Sales function and the role, and maintain and manage a pipeline to ensure fair treatment of customers.
- Quote and Proposal Creation: Create and be accountable for all client quotes and proposals, following finance procedures.
- Team Collaboration and Attitude: Perform the role with a positive and constructive attitude within the team environment.
- Compliance and Legislation: Ensure all compliance regulations and legislation are adhered to where relevant.
- Independence and Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and proactively, with a high degree of self-motivation and desire to drive success.
- Commitment to Excellence: Demonstrate a commitment to achieve the highest standards.
- Negotiation and Influence: Ability to negotiate effectively and influence decisions.
- Previous Sales Experience: Previous experience within a high-performing sales environment, with a minimum of 12-24 months required.
- Financial Services Experience: Previous experience in a financial services environment would be advantageous, e.g. insurance, lending, business-to-business.
- Salesforce Experience: Salesforce experience is preferred but not essential.
- Computer Literacy: Computer literacy is required.
