About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at Inizio Engage XD. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Pitch and Present Products: Pitch and present our products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Attend conferences and events to stay updated on industry trends and network with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with our technical and sales teams to meet client needs and deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 Year of Sales/Business Development Experience: Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Proven Ability to Generate and Convert Sales Leads: Demonstrated ability to generate and convert sales leads, with a strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Experience Selling Technical Products: Experience selling technical products, with a strong understanding of their features and benefits.
  • Familiarity with CRM Systems: Familiarity with CRM systems, with the ability to use them to manage sales pipelines and customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to use it to create reports, presentations, and other sales materials.
