Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the lodge, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resident engagement.
- Coordinate and organize events, activities, and services to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the property, including health and safety checks and reporting.
- Administer and manage the site's maintenance and repair schedules, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality service to residents.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living or social housing sector.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
