About the role
Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a skilled Lodge Manager to join our team at Yeats Lodge, Thame. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, while also managing the maintenance of the property and coordinating activities.
Your responsibilities
- Organise and coordinate activities for Home Owners
- Manage the maintenance of the property, including health and safety checks
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues
- Provide a first-class service to Home Owners, including responding to their needs and concerns
About you
We are looking for someone with a passion for excellent customer service, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a background in administration and customer service, and be able to use your own initiative to manage the safety and security of the development.
