About the role
Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Lodge Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
The successful candidate will have a passion for working with people, a background in administration and customer service, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Lodge, including organizing activities, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring the overall well-being of our Home Owners.
About you
We are looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, and has excellent communication skills. You will be able to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, including Home Owners, contractors, and internal colleagues. Your ability to provide a high level of customer service, combined with your administrative skills and attention to detail, will be essential in this role.
