Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lodge Manager. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our Home Owners, providing a first-class service and making a positive difference to their lives.
As a Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the development, including maintenance, administration, and customer service. You will be the trusted 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues.
We are looking for someone with a passion for excellent customer service, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a love of people, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to act with sensitivity and diplomacy when needed.
Previous experience in a similar role, such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, or uniformed services, would be advantageous. You will be an accomplished administrator, computer literate, and have experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
