About the role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Lodge Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

The successful candidate will have a background in administration and customer service, with a passion for working with people. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Lodge, including coordinating activities, managing contractors, and completing health and safety checks.

You will be reporting to the Area Manager and will be responsible for providing a first-class service to our Home Owners. You will be the trusted 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues.

This is a pivotal role in the success of the Lodge, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive difference in the lives of our Home Owners.

About you

You will be an accomplished administrator and computer literate, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will be happy working in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of social contact with residents. You will be able to work calmly under pressure and have good judgement.
