About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator/Advisor to join our growing shared service HR team at Luminate Education Group. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a good grounding in HR administration to work alongside us to drive the HR service offering to our customers.

As an HR Administrator/Advisor, you will be supporting our customers and stakeholders within your hub at all points of the employee lifecycle, including pre-employment checks, onboarding, staff changes, maternity leave, and payroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • First line of contact for HR queries within your hub
  • Collaborate with the team and across the group to ensure the service supports managers, employees, and key stakeholders
  • Provide high-quality administrative support on HR matters
  • Maintain accurate HR records
  • Produce reports, data, and support for Employee Relations cases and other HR activities
  • Ensure all changes are communicated to payroll in line with deadlines
About You
  • Previous experience in a varied HR role
  • Knowledge of a broad range of HR systems and processes
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office Packages, including Word and Excel, and experience of using HR systems
