**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Assist with DBS Checks**: Assist with the administration of DBS checks for employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • **Administrative Duties**: Provide administrative support, including preparing letters and minutes of meetings, as required.
  • **Recruitment Administration**: Assist with recruitment administration, including pre-employment checks, such as sending references.
  • **Training Programmes**: Assist with the administration and coordination of training programmes, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
  • **TMS Queries**: Manage general TMS queries and general enquiries directed through the HR Inbox, responding promptly to ensure timely resolution.
  • **Probationary Reviews**: Ensure all probationary reviews for new starters are completed and logged into staff files, with notification of any concerns.
  • **Ad Hoc Duties**: Assist the HR team with any ad hoc duties or HR projects as required.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent administrative skills, with experience in HR administration. You will be highly organized, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
