About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and professional HR Administrator to join our team at Kirklees Council. As an HR Administrator, you will provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service, including providing advice based on policy and best practice. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include all operational aspects of HR-related processes, including recruitment, onboarding of new staff, and maintaining accurate data and filing systems.

You will be working alongside the Associate Director of People, providing support and guidance to ensure the smooth operation of our HR functions. Our team is committed to safeguarding our young people and promoting the welfare of children, and we expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
