HR Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at D. M. Keith Limited. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with all levels of staff to ensure effective communication and resolve any HR-related issues.
  • Monitor attendance and absence, and create reports to feed into our Payroll department.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR documents, including employee records and benefits.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and record-keeping.
