HR Administrator

Apleona UK is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR operations team, including processing HR transactions, maintaining employee records, and supporting the implementation of HR systems.
Key Responsibilities- Process HR transactions, including starters, leavers, and changes to employee records
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and databases
- Provide administrative support to the HR operations team, including responding to queries and requests
- Support the implementation of HR systems, including the Apleona Access Group application
- Monitor and maintain the functionality of the system, including fixing and reporting issues to the HR System Analysts or Access Support Desk
- Experience in a shared service function or busy office environment
- Strong administration skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to organise and work to deadlines
- Intermediate level of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Desirable: experience in support and configuration of HR applications (ideally SelectHR) and Information Systems Qualification
- Annual salary of up to £24,500
