Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at D. M. Keith. As an HR Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department, overseeing the administration of compliance elements company-wide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with all levels of staff to ensure accurate and timely completion of HR-related tasks
  • Monitor attendance and absence, creating reports to feed into our Payroll department
  • Ensure the correct documents are returned and allocated to the relevant files to maintain a well-managed HR system
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective HR processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • 0-1 year of work experience in an HR-related role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
