We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at National Star. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing a range of internal and external events for students, staff, and members of the public.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate events, including logistics, catering, and entertainment
  • Work closely with colleagues across various departments to ensure successful event execution
  • Manage event budgets and finances
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with National Star's policies and procedures
