About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Family Therapist to join our dynamic team at Leone Centre. As a leading provider of counselling, couples and marriage therapy, and organisational consultancy, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality family therapy services to clients in London and online. This includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual and group therapy sessions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong clinical expertise, and a passion for working with diverse client groups.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Registered membership of UKCP or BACP and AFT
  • MSc qualification in Systemic / Family Psychotherapy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in offering Family Therapy and Couples Counselling
  • Ability to envision and navigate the therapeutic process

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including:
