Career Opportunity: Senior Therapist in Children Services

We are seeking an experienced, accredited and registered family and systemic psychotherapist to join our innovative clinical service in Croydon. This role presents a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment, contributing to the provision of high-quality specialist and clinical services for children and young people.

As a senior therapist, you will be responsible for supporting the creation and governance of a bespoke, flexible, and timely response service. Your expertise will enable us to deliver effective interventions, promoting positive outcomes for our clients. Our practice framework privileges relationship-based practice as a medium for change, and we have invested in whole-systems training for all staff.

This exciting opportunity allows you to develop your skills and experience in a statutory children's service. You will work closely with our Systemic Practice Lead, supporting the practice framework and collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional care. With a clear commitment to relational practices and social conditions, we aim to recruit a therapist who shares our vision for delivering outstanding results.

Job Highlights:

About the Role:

The successful candidate will possess a qualification in systemic supervision, along with the ability to teach and undertake direct work with diverse groups. You will support caseload management, ensuring high standards of practice and fostering strong relationships with children, young people, carers, and networks. Your creativity, flexibility, and problem-solving skills will enable you to thrive in this dynamic role.
