The Opportunity
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Service Desk ticket system, ensuring processes and best practices are followed, and executing them correctly to deliver high-quality 1st line support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Service Desk ticket system and ensure timely resolution of service requests and incidents.
- Collaborate with the Global Service Delivery Manager and other team members to deliver on targets and improve processes.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of different technologies, including telephony and MS Active Directory User Administrations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical teams.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of desktop environments (XP/Windows 7, Windows 10).
- Basic knowledge of server environments.
- Experience with 1st line support.
- Good understanding of different technologies, including telephony.
- Understanding of MS Active Directory User Administrations.
